Job Description

  • Handle customer's enquiries and complaints via calls and emails
  • Involve in order processing
  • Liaise with logistics on the delivery of customer's items
  • Update customer's details and order info into system
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level or Nitec
  • Have 2-3 years experience in the Customer service
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
