Job Description
- Handle customer's enquiries and complaints via calls and emails
- Involve in order processing
- Liaise with logistics on the delivery of customer's items
- Update customer's details and order info into system
- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level or Nitec
- Have 2-3 years experience in the Customer service
- Monday to Friday
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
