Job Description


:

  • Prepare Sales Quotation to customer and follow up via email.
  • Prepare Sales Order Acknowledgement upon receipt of customer\'s Purchase Order.
  • Follow up on Back Orders to Delivery and Invoicing process.
  • Schedule of goods delivery to customers.
  • Follow up closely on payments and send weekly payment reminders.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of SAP B1 will be an added advantage.
  • Looking for hardworking, meticulous and customer-centric people.
  • Empathetic and understand customer\'s requirements and lead time.
  • No experience necessary / training will be provided.
