Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Sales Coordination Tasks

• Answering incoming calls and passing enquires to the relevant dept, i.e. Sales, Tech, Finance, Admin\xe2\x80\xa6
• Coordinate in sales order process and logistic matters with customers.
• Preparation of pro-forma invoices for customer order and follow-up in payment and logistics matters with customers, and complete all required documents to orders.
• Compilation statistics & prepare of monthly sales reports.

RMA Tasks

• Coordinate of all incoming RMA requests documents and spare parts order requirement to ensure file is accurate and complete with all relevant SOP, so it may be passed to invoicing, work closely with engineers and Sales.
• Preparation of pro-forma invoices where Payment in Advance is required.
• Coordinate for service confirmation, quotations and checking availability of parts, providing feedback/outcome of service to customer and follow-up till case closed.
• Arranging returns of defective parts via RMA process.

Candidates Requirements:

• Min. O Level / SPM, Diploma in marketing/business, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Computer literate, Proficient in Ms Excel & Ms Words is a must.
• Able to communicate and write in English & Mandarin\xe2\x80\x99 (to communicate with Chinese clients and overseas staffs), Bahasa is an additional advantage.
• Ability & willingness to learn new things and take new responsibilities.
• Detailed oriented, able to take multi-tasks and work in fast-pace with supervision
