Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily appointments documents reconciliation
  • Liaise with customer\xe2\x80\x99s regarding appointment / service-related matters
  • Keep track of service team activities
  • Schedule daily appointments for service team
  • Assist on daily operation issues
  • Follow-up with technicians on sales, appointments and parts requirement.
  • Coordinate and recontract expired service contracts
  • Ensure service contracts are updated and kept up to date
  • Prepare work orders and raise purchase requisition
  • Sales related administrative duties
  • Perform and other duties assigned by superior
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma in Business related discipline
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer oriented and results-focused
  • 5.25 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays)
  • Candidates with prior experience in sales supporting and customer service roles will be advantages
