:\xc2\xb7 Communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Ops and Sales department across all teams\xc2\xb7 Ensure that schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis\xc2\xb7 Weigh and plan the best possible route for technicians to maximize productivity\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits\xc2\xb7 To identify, feedback and rectify any clashes on time promptly\xc2\xb7 Monitor the daily service done and escalate the scheduling issues to supervisor and line managers\xc2\xb7 To retrieve requests by clients and/or remarks by the technicians recorded during the visit and convey to the relevant department\xc2\xb7 To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval.\xc2\xb7 To facilitate technicians\' work by housekeeping system\'s data such as location sequence and special instructions.\xc2\xb7 Handling inbound call from and outbound call to clients when necessary.\xc2\xb7 Other administrative jobs.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher\xc2\xb7 Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must\xc2\xb7 Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must\xc2\xb7 Service-oriented and able to work under pressure\xc2\xb7 Ability to coordinate and plan routes is a mustBenefits:
