As a Customer Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include daily customer service enquires, email/phone call correspondences, and building strong customer relationships.   • Manage customer emails and/or calls to arrange delivery orders.
  • Demonstrate strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding to clients with emotionally intelligence.
  • Swift handling of customer inquiries.
  • Update details of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in the database after each call or action taken for verification and training purposes.
  • Prompt follow ups on customer interactions via email.
  • Keeping Proof of Delivery (POD) records of customers and proper filing of documents.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
What You Bring:
  • Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin as well.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Experience working with Customer Support or Call centre preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Your unique personality! A great sense of humour is an advantage.
