  • Analyze customers request, complaints, channel to relevant staff for follow-up action, and ensure all cases are attended to promptly.
  • Monitoring and report on Customer survey and feedback.
  • Organization of companys functions and community activities, general office correspondence and responding to customers requests.
  • Preparation, explanation, negotiation, monitoring and maintenance of Contract Services Agreement.
  • Attend to and manage customers request for Rate Reduction.
  • Attend to and manage customers termination notice, salvage of accounts and handling all issues including dismantling, compensation etc.
  • Managing tenants of multi-tenanted buildings including incoming and outgoing tenants, promotion of our tenants
  • Implementation of customer service and appreciation program:
  • Digital marketing service support & Maintenance and monitoring of Web-site
