Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
Manage key account customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations for any enquiries
Coordinate with and provide support to respective departments.
Provide sales support for Department Manager
Work with the operations team on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted and ensure that customer\xe2\x80\x99s performance measurements are met.
Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison.
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in Microsoft office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
