Job Scope:Responsible for responding to public inquiries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Crucial for maintaining a positive customer experience, upholding MOM\'s service delivery standards.Case Management:

  • Coordinating, responding to, and facilitating appeals, feedback, inquiries, and requests from customers promptly and accurately.
  • End to end case management by collaborating with other ACE units to ensure efficient, timely resolution and closure of public inquiries.
  • Meeting service level requirements for customer interactions and adhering to MOM\xe2\x80\x99s writing guidelines and standards.
Salary:$2500/mth1 month completion bonusWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pmFriday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pmLocation:MOM Geylang Bahru \xe2\x80\x93 3 Geylang BahruRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Good writing skills. Proficient in English language (written and spoken).\xc2\xb7 Possess customer service experience\xc2\xb7 Proficient in basic digital literacy skills in using MS Words, MS Excel, PDF, Zoom etc.\xc2\xb7 Prior knowledge in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Good to have, not mandatory requirement)
