Summary of the Role

The Customer service executive is responsible for order-to-cash cycle activities. The role plays the most important role in setting up new customers and their requirements on SAP system. The role is for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market and the aim is to ensure excellence in customer satisfaction and order processing. Heavy use of SAP.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create new customers/patient accounts with accurate details and product requirement on SAP
  • Process regular and adhoc orders and ensure orders are correctly interfaced to third party logistics service provider.
  • Follow up with 3PL and other team members on ETA and inform customers as and when required.
  • Generate invoice for different type of orders and ensure company workflow is followed.
  • Perform goods return process for returns or stock exchanges and ensure full workflow is completed in coordination with third party logistics service provider and supply chain
  • Work very closely with Customer Service Executives and other colleagues in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Actively support in resolving system issues or stock related issues by collaborating with relevant Supply Chain and IT colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Customer Service experience for 2+ years
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
