Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers via email and phone on delivery and collection schedules
- Arrange local transportation as required
- Coordinate with Warehousing and Freight for warehousing activities
- Ensure that customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
- Follow up with Customer on any Billing Disputes
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
