Customer Service Executive Airfreight/ Sea Freight (implant)

Job Description
- Company transport pick up from Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT stations
- Urgent vacancy
Responsibilities:
- Booking of flights with airlines
- Arrange shipments with customers and contractors
- Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle all customers\' enquiries timely and effectively
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customers\' requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer\'s Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
- Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, and many more on shipment requirements
- Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
- Monitors progress to achieve month-end targets
- Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
- Take charge of supplier\'s invoice disputes
- Take lead in issue resolutions
- Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
- All other ad-hoc work instructions from supervisor/ manager
- Diploma/ Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight/ sea freight)
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
