Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries (via telephone / email) escalated from Call Centre
Handle queries from walk-in customers
Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet e-services
Escalating complex queries for superior\xe2\x80\x99s intervention
Engaging customer in change management campaigns
Suggest improvements arising from feedbacks or interaction with the customers
Submit daily report in a timely manner
Period:
2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
Location:
Depot Road
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm
Salary:
Up to $2700 + PB
