Responsibilities

Location: Changi Business Park Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB + Allowance Responsibilities: Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, and courteously Ensure inbound requests are handled in timely manner Manage allocated load of cases within the shift and ensure that it is communicated appropriately and efficiently in the transmission handover Ensure that logistic arrangements are made timely Escalate cases and request Ensure all requests for assistance are answered and resolves Organise full range of medical and security services for clients Upon starting work, training will be provided.
