Job Description

Expanding 3rd Party Logistics MNC?Basic $2700-$3400?Full Benefits + AWS/Bonus?5 days (Office Hours)?More than 5 roles?Lopcation @ Boon Lay, Central or Changi Area?With Company Transport ProvidedMain Responsibilities:
Booking of flights with airlines
Arrange shipments with customers and contractors
Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements
Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experienceand in Air Freight processes.
Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
