Job Description


Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customers\' problems or issues.
  • Respond to customers\' inquiries and take necessary actions to address their needs. Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Compile customer feedback and suggestions to improve and develop service standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
