Print Dynamics (S) Pte Ltd was established in 1991, with a small team of 10 dedicated and passionate printing professionals. Throughout the years, we have grown to a strong team of more than 40 employees. Our speciality lies in our offset printing services and we have ventured into the design, installation and event space in the last decade. We dedicate ourselves to providing a one stop service which includes design, print consultation, offset and digital printing, customised premium corporate gifts, event support, campaign installation, festive lobby ambience installation, distribution support, warehousing and special projects. Evens is a growing part of our business which we wish to expand. We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Team. • Assist Sales Team with quotations and client queries.
• Assist Design and Sales Department with administrative duties.
• Book in job, make arrangement for production and delivery to fulfill deadlines.
• Handle client feedback.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement

• Pleasant disposition and a positive customer service attitude.
• Conversant with full suite of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Meticulous, independent and analytical.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and able to handle stress.
• A good team player and takes initiative to get the job done well.
• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Efficient time management with strong ability to prioritize tasks at hand.
• Prior experience in print and design industry will be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
