Job Description

Job Responsibilities: -- Work with the customer care team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Greet customer and distributors warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
- To handle all enquiries from customers and merchants, and provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limits.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods or tools.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Resolve product or service problems via phone, email, mail, or social media by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- To provide support and user guidance for Company's services and products.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by immediate superior.Job Requirements: -- Candidate with at least one (1) year of working experience in customer service is preferred.
- Experience in a call or contact center environment will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be good at multitasking and ability to resolve conflicts and problems for customers and distributors.
- Computer literate, especially in MS applications, and good troubleshooting skills.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and team player.- The ability to prioritize with excellent time management skills.- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.- The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure, especially when dealing with angry customers; customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters.- Good telephone etiquette, i.e. well-presented, tactful, polite, patient, and attentive.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and additional speaking or writing language will be a plus.
- Willing to work overtime if required.Working locations: SingaporeEducation Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a minimum O-Level / SPM or above level or any other equivalent qualification.
