Job Description

Job Scope

  • attend to customer enquiry/complaint via phone, email or social media
  • assist in placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
  • analyse customer needs to improve customer relationships and experience
  • be updated on product knowledge to enhance customer support
Requirements
  • GCE "O/A" level and able to start work immediately
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift

Experience:
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
