**Responsibilities:**- Coordinate and process business inquiries, liaising with internal personnel and customers to meet expectations and deadlines.
- Generate commercial quotations.
- Manage and monitor orders through to shipment, coordinating with manufacturing facilities and sub-suppliers.
- Enter quotes and orders, retrieve customer information, and check stock status.
- Collaborate with Application Engineers to provide technical support and solutions for electrical equipment during the quotation and order stages.
- Achieve agreed-upon KPI metrics (sales, quotes/orders, customer feedback, hit rate, etc.).
- Work closely with clients to resolve conflicts and design changes before they cause significant delays.
- Support the Sales team in close cooperation with production, engineering, and quality departments.**Requirements:**- Diploma or "A" Level or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and order management.
- Minimum of three years\' experience with a proven track record.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Customer-focused attitude (responsive, accurate, and friendly).
- Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, MS Project, etc.).
- Independent and results-oriented work style.
