Job title: Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:


  • Arrange and coordinate the full cycle of shipment transport
  • Ensure that all Container Transport Operation data entry work is completed on time and in within required time frame.
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors and customers for clearance and deliveries
  • Handle permits and declarations
  • Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure reports are submitted on a timely to established customer’s schedules
  • Process billing for key account customers
  • Verification of proof of delivery and shipment documents
  • Update and maintain billing folders to ensure accurate billing
  • Update and maintain proper documentation of all relevant transactions and records
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Key Profile:
  • Transportation/Logistics Industry experience (internal and external)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport industry, preferably in trucking, transport & logistics operations.
  • Locally defined technical experience.
  • Experience in account management execution.
  • Experience in customer services and invoice processing.
  • Relationship building skills, both with customers but also internal stakeholders.
