Adecco is partnering with a client in the luxury FMCG industry and they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team! The incumbent will be managing all order processing and logistics coordination all the way until fulfilment to the customers.
Job scope:
Ensure orders are processed and shipped to customers on time
Liaise with 3PL to ensure timely picking/packing/labeling and delivery of orders
Ensure optimum product availability in warehouse prior to order fulfillment
Issue invoices & other shipping documents to customers
Assist team leader and management with any special projects assigned and provide backup to the team when necessary
Requirements:
Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
2 years customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Strong English written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in SAP/Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
