Job Description

Key Tasks:

• Handling of customer inquiry/ tender for our products and services on day-to-day basics
• Monitor and prepare Quotation and Tender records for Sales
• Reviewing existing quotations with clients to assess status
• Sourcing of materials for job related ancillaries to avoid disruption in production schedules
• Check stock availability
• Conduct of Contract Review in the event of an order
• Manage and clear outstanding customer demands and coordinate with Production to facilitate timing delivery of orders
• Progresses order and keep clients informed
• Maintenance and Preparation of presentation material, product information
• Prepare sales reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends
• Promote products and services
• To generate revenue for the company and maintain relationship with the customers
• To achieve customer satisfaction
• Any other ad-hoc duties
