Job Description


s for the Position of Customer Service Executive (Oil & Gas) Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will provide support in the following areas: -

  • Review Asia Pacific Market to maximize revenue potential.
  • Central Point of contact between Sales and Production.
  • To achieve customer satisfaction.
Key Tasks:
  • Handling customer inquiries/tenders for our products and services on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and prepare Quotation and Tender records for Sales.
  • Reviewing existing quotations with clients to assess status.
  • Sourcing of materials for job-related ancillaries to avoid disruption in production schedules
  • Checking stock availability.
  • Conduct of Contract Review in the event of an order.
  • Manage and clear outstanding customer demands and coordinate with Production to facilitate the timing and delivery of orders.
  • Progresses orders and keeps clients informed.
  • Maintenance and Preparation of presentation material and product information.
  • Prepare sales reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends.
  • Promote the company\'s products and services.
  • Generate revenue for the company and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Central point for the customer on a particular job and take a proactive approach to customer liaison.
  • Liaise constantly with Production personnel regarding the job status.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction to create and maintain good working relationships.
  • Carry out duties as may reasonably be required.
  • Actively participate and involve in the appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard/incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls.
  • Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance with applicable local legal requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Material or equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin as communicating/liaising with Chinese associates is required.
  • 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years related experience with tendering and RFQ, OCTG & Machining background within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Good PC skills a must.
  • Product & Quality Knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively on all levels, work under own initiative & think strategically.
  • Good organising and time management skills.

  • Salary Up to $4500.
