Customer Service Executive (order Fulfillment, East)

Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role
- Office Location: Bendemeer/Kaki Bukit
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Customers
- Assist with outdoor sales by handling quotations and inquiries.
- Ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders.
- Properly manage all related paperwork, including quotations, purchase orders to suppliers, and delivery documentation.
- Provide after-sales customer support as required.
- Only Singaporeans
- Min Diploma, 1-2 years of working experience will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word.
