Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to assist their Customer Service team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Responsible in responding sales enquiries from existing & new customers
Responsible in supporting customer\xe2\x80\x99s individual enquiry \xe2\x80\x93 coordinating buying & selling rate to prepare full quotation by communicating local / overseas agents
Responsible in creating / sending quotations for customers by system
Responsible in supporting sales team with accurate and continual communications to internal operational team & external customers regarding order fulfillment status
Responsible in interacting with sales & operational team to set clear SOP for each new / existing customer\xe2\x80\x99s shipments
Responsible in reporting discrepancies in customer forecasting of shipments operations procedures, recommend solutions to improve smooth handling
Responsible in handling incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction, retention and extending contact to sell new or additional products or services
Responsible in working in conjunction with outside sales representatives to provide pre-and / post-sales support
Responsible in being proactive to inform customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides timely updates on incident solution
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
Prior 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 full operations & customer service experience such as airfreight / seafreight (FCL, LCL) is a bonus
Prior experience with Cargowise1 system is a bonus
