Job Description
Employment Period: 11 months
Location: Pasir Panjang
Salary: $2800
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM; Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Job Responbilities:
- Assist in the processing of application of newspaper permits and printing press licences
- Administrative duties such as filing and housekeeping of business savers for business files
- Respond to daily enquiries which includes calls and emails on newspaper permits/printing presses licensing matters/applications
- Coordinate with Content & Standards division for meetings with publishers, requesting for copies to be submitted and any other requests
- Assist in other Adhoc assignments
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Able to liaise with members of the public and licensees
