Job Description


Carries out all the administrative activities following the Company\xe2\x80\x99s approved procedure and policy in supporting the sales team in achieving the Company\xe2\x80\x99s sales target that is align with the Company\'s objectives. Carries out daily order processing, issuance of invoice, delivery orders, good return notes and other necessary documentation in the SAP system Coordinates stock deliveries to customers or returns of stocks with relevant parties Process credit applications by verifying all the necessary information following the approved guide Coordinates to follow up on collection Generates all the routine monthly reports for the Management like sales, collection, debt & etc Mails out the promotion information to customers on a timely manner Supports the sales team to pack promotion items, gifts, goody bags etc Attends to all incoming enquiries raised by customers and be able to resolve those routine/non complex issues Supports the Sales Department in other administrative tasks, if requested Other Information: 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (9.00am to 6.00pm) Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)e Executive (Sales Support) Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office

Diploma/ Advance Diploma
