Customer Service Executive (retail)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Well understand the shop's daily and monthly sales targets and plan to achieve it
- Familiar with the top selling items in the shop
- Must be able to operate the POS system with confidence
- Deliver excellent customer service, including being able to
- Inventory Management – ensure replenishment of merchandise is timely and accurate
- Ensure proper housekeeping, including cleanliness of the shop, proper price tagging, neat display of merchandise, appropriate placement of signage and window display
- Carry out & perform superior's instructions readily & promptly
Requirement:
- 0 - 2 years of retail sales experience. Experience in winter wear is a bonus
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
- Committed, hardworking and comfortable working in a retail store environment and on weekends
