We are AscendaAscenda powers the growth of leading financial services brands worldwide with premium rewards programs that differentiate their products, drive profitable customer behaviours, and create sustained engagement.We are behind the world-class rewards propositions of major banks and fintechs around the globe, including brands like American Express, Capital One, Brex, Robinhood, Ramp, HSBC, Virgin Money (Australia), SMBC (Japan), ICBC (China), Bradesco (Brazil), ANZ (Australia), HDFC (India) and many others.Join us as a Customer Service Executive in our Rewards Central Team!We\'re looking for driven individuals from the Travel industry keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.In this role you will be expected to:Quickly resolve customer queries by phone and email.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer and partner escalationsGeneral administration, reporting and special projectsBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationWhat We Are Looking For:Minimum Diploma holderMinimum 2 years experience working in a call centre, handling inbound calls and emails.Previous experience with the airline, hotel or loyalty/rewards industry would be a great advantagePrior experience and willingness to work on overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.Enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced team environmentSelf-motivated and able to work unsupervised.Fun outlook, positive attitude and can-do mindsetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent English communication is required.
