They play a crucial role in assisting CPF members in making well-informed decisions on their CPF savings by understanding and addressing their information needs with a compassionate approach. If you excel in engaging with diverse individuals throughout the day and find fulfillment in providing exceptional service, this is the ideal role suited to your strengths and aspirations.What you will be working on:

  • Manage and deliver personalised service to address CPF members\' enquiries related to CPF schemes and services through various channels, including but not limited to calls (including video calls), counters, emails, and text messaging contact centres and service centres. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with CPF members in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and address CPF members\' needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
What we are looking for:
  • A highly skilled customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and face-to-face interactions using a friendly, helpful approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in a call-center environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully \xe2\x80\xa2 A quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. We encourage individuals without prior experience but with a passion for excellent customer service to apply for the Customer Service Representative role. Please be advised that upon initial appointment, the successful candidate will assume the role of Customer Service Associate. The official title of Customer Service Executive will be conferred following the successful completion of our structured modular training.
