Job Description
- Singapore: Seletar / Punggol
- 5 days work week, 9am - 5pm

s:
- Perform day to day administrative support to Sales Teams such as processing of orders, generating Credit Notes, prepare quotations and filing of documents
- Prepare shipping documents for overseas customer
- Upon completion of job, arrange sending out & receiving of documents, updating of files, database system and invoicing
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Liaison for updates of customer units.
- Perform payments to suppliers and help suppliers' enquiries for any payment related matters
- Call customer for AR matters.
- Minimum Diploma with experience in similar capacity will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
