Perform day to day administrative support to Sales Teams such as processing of orders, generating Credit Notes, prepare quotations and filing of documents
Prepare shipping documents for overseas customer
Upon completion of job, arrange sending out & receiving of documents, updating of files, database system and invoicing
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Liaison for updates of customer units.
Perform payments to suppliers and help suppliers' enquiries for any payment related matters
Call customer for AR matters.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with experience in similar capacity will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
