Customer Service Executive (Singapore)

Responsibilities:-

  • Ability to promote and cross-sell LGA's suite of products and services to existing/new corporate clients and companies
  • To ensure sales targets, revenue and profit targets are met
  • To identify potential new corporate clients
  • To understand client’s businesses and needs, and identify influencers and decision makers within the client’s organization and pitch the product and services accordingly
  • To be able to negotiate with clients and effectively close business deals
  • To ensure excellent Client Satisfaction levels with every Client engagement
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 to 3 of relevant sales experience preferred
  • Self-driven with proven sales track record in the telecommunication industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic and out-going
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible, meticulous, motivated and independent
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
