Job Description


  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Handle email, live chats, ticketing, and phone calls inquiries
  • Assist to process orders for walk-in customers
  • Payment collection and refund issuance for return orders
  • Ensure timely and accurate updating of order details in the system
  • Working closely with Purchasers and Logistics on order processes: goods purchase, goods transfers, and order delivery
  • Maintaining a strong customer rapport by managing clients enquires and resolving issues
  • Gather customers' feedback and provide timely feedback to the Team Lead on issues for improvement
Job Requirements:
  • Prefer 2 years of e-commerce working experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in handling live chats with customer
  • Experience in handling ticketing system
  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications software
  • Client-oriented problem solver
  • Good attention to details
  • Ability to manage customer's feedback & complaints and resolve in a timely manner
  • Ability to take on miscellaneous projects and duties when required
  • Able to work independently
  • 5.5 days
