Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Assistant the Operation Manager on the documentation, shipping and logistics (Import/Export container procedures)
- Monitoring Empty Return/Collect and Import/Export container thru the CMS, Portnet and Cargomove System.
- Daily operation invoice billing.
- Liaises with internal colleague & external clients on their container movement.
- Update Container data thru our internal system.
- Compliances company rules and regulation.
- Preparing Financial reportsJob Requirement:
- Min N/O/A level/ITE/diploma with relevant experience.
- Candidate must have at least 1-2 years relevant working experiences
- Knowledge of the process flow of container movements (Plus point)
- Candidate must be professional manner & strong ethical code.
- Candidate must be able to work independently.
- Candidate must be a proactive and team player.
- Candidate must be able to work overtime. (If required)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:

  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
