Job Description

Job Scope of Customer Service Executive

  • Responsible to provide post sales order management and administrative support in fulfilling customer orders.
  • Prompt handling of customers' enquiries and job issues to minimize downtime to production and delivery schedules.
  • Verify Purchase Orders with Sales Estimates.
  • Track work progress and manage documentation via PrintPlanR.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth processing of jobs.
  • Provide weekly update of job status to key customer accounts.
  • Handle purchasing enquiry as and when required.
  • Conform to Standard Operating Procedures.Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience preferably in printing or publishing industry.
  • Proficient in Chinese language.
  • Excellent written communication in English and Chinese is a must.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
