Responsible to provide post sales order management and administrative support in fulfilling customer orders.
Prompt handling of customers' enquiries and job issues to minimize downtime to production and delivery schedules.
Verify Purchase Orders with Sales Estimates.
Track work progress and manage documentation via PrintPlanR.
Work closely with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth processing of jobs.
Provide weekly update of job status to key customer accounts.
Handle purchasing enquiry as and when required.
Conform to Standard Operating Procedures.Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience preferably in printing or publishing industry.
Proficient in Chinese language.
Excellent written communication in English and Chinese is a must.
Resourceful and able to work independently.
