Ensure day-to-day operations are in good order pertaining to Customers' requirements To handle full aspect of order fulfilment such as sales order processing, data entry, generating sales quotation etc. Responsible for full cycle of sales order processing which include generating purchase order, delivery order, invoicing etc To liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery Compile reports and submit to department head on weekly and monthly basis Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superiorJob Requirement Min Diploma/Degree in engineering with at least 3 years working experience in customer service from semiconductor environment Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task with high level of initiatives as well as to work independently Ability to track, follow-up on orders and report on regular cadence
