IT Industry? Training will be provided to conduct simple troubleshooting and advise customer accordinglyBenefits & Salary
* up to $2,500/month
* $500 monthly performance bonus
* Year End Bonus (Base on Year to Year Performance)Working Hours / Days (5 Days work week)
* 10:00am - 8:00pm (Monday - Friday)
* 10:00am - 6:00pm (Saturday) Alternate saturdaysWorking Location (Must be able to work in either location)

* Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC) - Labrador Park MRTJob Scope:
* Handle inbound Phone call
* Replying of Emails / WhatsApp / answering of phone call
* Daily follow up with customer and handling of payments
* Daily update on Social Media (FaceBook / Instagram / TitTok / Google Business)
* Merchandising Store Display for customer convenience
* Attend walk-in customer
* Provide administrative support
* Any adhoc admin dutiesRequirements:
* Minimum 1 to 2 Years Experience required
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Able to converse in mandarin to liaise with chinese counterparts
* Knowledge in MS Office, Words and PowerPoint
* Knowledge in Google Docs / Sheets
* Handle All Customer Inquires and ComplainsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
