About the job Customer Service Executive

  • Prepare quotation to customers and follow up
  • Coordinate with carriers for booking confirmation
  • Arrange pick up of empty containers
  • Send invoices to customers
  • Answer to queries from customers
  • Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirement
  • Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
  • 2 years of related working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines
