Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a well establised TCM and we are looking for :
Customer Service Executive / Clinic Receptionist
Salary : Negotiable (depend on experience)
Location : Novena
– Be accountable for overall Quality of Service and Patient Satisfaction rate.
– Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or grievances in a tactful manner.
– Perform all front-desks routine matters, such as registration, scheduling of appointment, processing payment and handling email and SMS enquiries. Communicate new initiatives to -patients in a professional and tactful manner.
– Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Must have some experience in similar or adminsitrative capacity
– Ability to stay driven and passionate about work even during challenging times
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– IT / Ms Office literate
– Strong ability to communicate well with people from all walks of life.
