Job descriptionThis role is to be based on call centre which operates on a 24-hours basis.Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the CCTV consistently for hazardous indications- Alert drivers through in-vehicle in hazardous situation- Provide remote technical assistance to drivers if required- Analyze each situation and escalate calls to the right teamKey Requirements: - Minimum Higher NITEC with experience working in Call-centre environment- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to the customers- Excellent team working skills and flexibility in approach to work- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and detail oriented- Able to work on rotating shift (4 days per week)Other information: - Working Location: Ubi- Working Hours: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am (12 hours shift)Contract length: 12 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
