Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order processing
  • Perform order entry and/or validate orders
  • Key market focus: Philippines and other smaller markets in Asean
  • Liaise with various departments such to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on Wish Dates
  • Manage order tracking activities for Customers
  • Provide regular updates to Customers on order status
  • Log-in customer complaints into system and assist Complaint Team in the investigation
  • Coordinate goods return or product recall if required
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service function
  • Native in Tagalog as required to communicate with Philippines stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent SAP working experience will be an added advantage
