Job Description

Brief Summary
Basic $2,800 - $4,500 (Depends on Experience)
5 Days Work Week + 1 Saturday per month
Company Transport - Sengkang, Tampines MRT
AWS + Performance Bonus + Quarterly Incentives
Job Responsibilities
Main contact point for all customer enquiries (Commercial/Service related)
Ensure compliance to Customer's SOP
Coordinate and Arrange day to day operations and transactions (Freight Forwarding)
Ensure timely billing/closing of all job orders
Work with Regional team for data quality checks
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
At least 1-3 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Customer Service
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
