As our Customer Service Executive, you will be working closely with the founder of Pet's Lagoon and our 4-legged customers. Your job scope includes:
- Responding to customers on our different channels
- Booking of grooming appointments
- Answering customer's questions
- Collecting payment from customers
- Simple administrative tasks
