Job Description

The employees duties and responsibilities as Customer Service Executive include and are not limited to: a. Prepare and update listing of key information and directory of services pertaining to the residence, residential faciliteis, retailers.b. On request, provide residents with relevant information and/or assist residents with reservation/booking or residential facilities,c. Prepare and update directory of services for neighbouring buildings, places of interests/attractions, retailers, F&B outlets, transportation services, etc. and provide residents with relevant information/reccomendations when requested.d. Assist residents with applications for essential services e.g. submission of application forms, opening of utilities account; subscription of newspaper; etc.e. Ensure grooming standards of Concierge team are maintained at all times e.g. staff attire & bearing, greetings & verbiage used when communicating with residents, etc.f. Assist residents with procurement of services from partner & vendors e.g. Housekeeping services; handyman services; courier services; vehicle & limousine rental; booking of taxis; restaurants reservations; etc.g. Assist residents with delivery and receipt of mail & packages.h. Manage Business Centre and Reading Room including: manage loan/return of stocks by residents; conduction stock taking; replenishment of stock.i. Assist to oversee all other facilities like, gym room, swimming pools, etc. (including usage, cleanliness, furniture placement, application of house rules, etc.)j. Manage and assist residents with "Lost & Found" items.k. Manage and dispense towels to residents for use at the pools and gym room.l. Arrange and manage laundry services for pool and gym towels thereafter.m. Maintain and update Concierge log for submission to Management.n. Assist to attend to emergencies which occur after closure of the Management office.o. Provide all other general support to Management office as and when required e.g. report and feedback incidents/occurences.
