Job Description


We are partnered with a leading freight forwarding/NVOCC company and they are looking for a Customer Service Executive based in Singapore.

:

  • To coordinate and liaise with suppliers & forwarders on delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • To handle shipping documentation
  • Follow up closely with suppliers on the backlog
  • Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics & Transportation/ Business Administration
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
