We are seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous and highly motivated Customer Service Executive to be part of the Singapore team to manage inbound & outbound airfreight shipments and maintain relationships with customers, airlines, vendors and affiliates across a worldwide network. To succeed in this role you must have Experience in freight forwarding The ability to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast paced environment Experience in TradeNet Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English The ability to work independently as well as within a team A track record of meeting tight deadlines 5.5 days work week with alternate Saturday Office near Ubi and Kaki Bukit MRT stations Annual performance bonus The vacancy is a permanent Full Time position to be filled immediately.
