Responsibilities : * Process customer PO, and acknowledge PO receipt to the customer. * Create internal SO using in-house system. * Advise customer delivery dates on their PO. * Communicat Responsibilities : Process customer PO, and acknowledge PO receipt to the customer. Create internal SO using in-house system. Advise customer delivery dates on their PO. Communicate effectively with customer daily to serve their needs and concerns. Expedite incoming materials to meet customer expectations. Manage customers VMI program. Solicit new orders. Update delivery information on customers' portals. Collect sales forecast from customer for Management analysis. Compile and update reports regularly to both customer and management. Process RFQ and quotation on customer enquiries. Regular feedback and meeting with Account Manager to improve service. Meet up with customer occasionally to build rapport. Prepare picking list and Delivery Order for storekeeper to arrange shipment to customer. Issue invoice billing to customer. Coordinate effectively with store to make sure timely shipment to customer. Follow up accounts payable Plan for excess inventories disposal. Adhoc and additional assignment Requirements: Efficient in MS Office. Good analytical and communication skills.
