Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to service team in order processing transaction, coordinating engineer schedule and ad-hoc duties * Handle all delivery-related documentation e Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to service team in order processing transaction, coordinating engineer schedule and ad-hoc duties Handle all delivery-related documentation ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery Packing and arranging delivery of goods Ensure proper control in PO, inventory & quote submission Requirements: Diploma in any disciplines Experience in customer service and possess good customer service skill Candidate with supply chain and shipping knowledge will have a distinct advantage Meticulous, good team player and interpersonal skill Knowledge of SAP systems is preferred but not essential Remarks: There is pick up arrangement at Serranggon MRT station and Jurong East MRT station in the morning and evening.
