You will be responsible to engage with customer enquiries and order fulfilment requirement. The position requires a demonstrated ability to interact closely with various department in a fast-paced environment. He/She needs to be driven, resourceful, attention to details and prioritize as needed to ensure timely follow-up of information. Responsibilities: Manage full spectrum of order fulfilment from inception to output delivery Attend to feedback and enquiries professionally and resolve any issue that are raised Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes, orders, delivery order and invoices Arrange for logistic and ensure on-time delivery for all goods to customers Update customer database and assist in marketing activities Project management and follow through Requirements: Minimum ITE or diploma desired 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience Good computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Job Highlights: Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Flexi timing to clock-in between 7.30am to 9.30am Walking distance from Ubi MRT station
